Business Brokerage, Financial Concierge and Mining Exchange
Aseana Business Brokers is a new start-up registered in Singapore. They’re goal as a company is three fold: 1. To become the primary franchise seller throughout South East Asia; 2. To connect buyers with financial institutions to help with funding; 3. To help develop early stage mining operations primarily in Laos, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
What They Needed
As a new start-up, they’re primary requirement was a more of a showpiece website to show potential investors. They’re secondary requirement was to specifically target companies that are looking to sell or franchise themselves. Third was the rest – actually selling franchises, the financial concierge, and the mining exchange.
Down the line as they begin to grow and their marketing gets developed, the last group of requirements will require more in-depth attention, which may involve branching the mining exchange out into it’s own separate website.
What We Developed
At this stage in their development as a business, it made more sense to focus on their secondary requirement. Being a showpiece for potential investors could easily be wrapped into creating a fully operational website that could include an email optin to begin growing a list of potential business sellers.
We ended writing the email offer as an example of what a high converting optin should look like and Aseana ran with it. Offers like what you see here are considered ‘no brainers’. If you’re selling your business and you see a free guide that could potentially save you from losing thousands of dollars in the process, it’s a guide you’re going to want to read. We also included a time delayed pop-up.
When you first land on the page, as with all our websites, there’s a headline that is very direct in explaining exactly what they do (at least for their secondary goal) and that simply cannot be misinterpreted. If you’ve read our free guide, you’ll know just how important this is and it’s pretty standard procedure for every website we build. Other than the headline and the email optin, this was our only direct involvement in their marketing.
The entire website is fully mobile responsive and features custom page templates for both the financial concierge and the mining exchange. It also stands alone as being truly unique for their particular industry, something that really helps them stand out.
The typography renders extremely well and is very easy to read. The headline typeface ‘Adelle Sans’ is also pretty unique and not commonly used in that particular font weight, and we used good old reliable ‘Proxima Nova Light’ for the body content. Both fonts are licensed by us via Typekit.com.
